FAQ

How does the AML check work?

Each incoming crypto transaction is checked through several AML providers, allowing the identification of stolen coins, as well as those marked as high-risk or sent from high-risk platforms. Common risks include gambling, darknet, and sanctions. If a block is triggered, we request information about the origin of the funds and verification materials for the sender's identity. Until the verification is completed, neither the application execution nor the refund is possible.
