For exchanges up to $2000, a fixed commission is charged (minimum — $25).
What are the working hours of cash acceptance and issuance points?
The working hours depend on the city.
General working hours:
Monday-Friday — 10:00–18:00 (UTC +3:00)
Saturday — 10:00–17:00 (UTC +3:00)
Sunday — non-working day.

In which cities are there cash acceptance and issuance points?
We operate in 110 cities worldwide.
Cash acceptance and issuance points are available in 25 cities in Ukraine: Kyiv, Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Odesa, Zaporizhia, Dnipro, Khmelnytskyi, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Kryvyi Rih, Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Sumy, Uzhhorod, Poltava, Lutsk, Rivne, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Zhytomyr, Ternopil, Kropyvnytskyi, Kovel.
Popular directions include:

What is the address of the cashier's desk?
All cashier's desks are located in the city center.
The exact address of the cashier's desk is provided when concluding the transaction and depends on availability, banknote stock, and client preferences.
How does the exchange process work?
1. You create an order on the website or by contacting our manager on Telegram.
2. We agree on the transaction terms: city, amount, exchange direction.
3. We generate and give you a unique code and provide the address of the cashier's desk.
4. All cashier's desks are located in city centers. The exact address is provided during the exchange process, depending on availability and banknote stock.
5. At the cashier's desk, you provide the code and review the cash.
6. You send the cryptocurrency and receive the cash.
7. When buying cryptocurrency, the exchange process occurs similarly: agreement, code, cashier's desk, cash review, cryptocurrency receipt.
What are the minimum and maximum exchange amounts?
The minimum exchange amount is:
Ukraine — $1000
Poland — $2000
Turkey — $10000
Europe — €5000–10000 (depending on the country)
Dubai (UAE) — $5000
USA — $10000
There is no maximum exchange amount; please refer to the reserves available in the specific direction.

Can I send cryptocurrency at the cashier's desks? Is there any minimum limit?
Yes, you can. When you come to the cash acceptance and issuance point, you review the banknotes, and after that, you send the cryptocurrency.
The option to send cryptocurrency at the cashier's desks is available for exchange amounts starting from $2000.
Transactions below $2000 require prepayment.
Do the rates change depending on the transaction amount?
Yes.
$1000–2000 — the minimum commission is $25.
$2000–10000 — at the standard rate.
For amounts over $10000, an individual rate is possible.
