Payment and timing
How long does an exchange take?
Usually 5–15 minutes after the network confirms your transfer. Sometimes longer — up to 60 minutes.
- The time for your direction is in the “Timing” block of the order.
- Cash at a desk is handed over right after the code is checked.
Do I need to press “I paid”?
Not for crypto: incoming payments are detected automatically.
- For directions with manual payment, attach the proof after the transfer and press “I paid”.
I sent a different amount — what happens?
We recalculate the order for the amount that arrived.
- As long as the amount is not below the minimum for the direction.
I sent less than the minimum — what now?
The order stops — message us in the chat.
- You can top up to the minimum or get the money back — the operator will tell you how.
Where can I see the minimum amount?
In the calculator, under the “Sell” field — for example, “from 500 USDT”.
- Each direction has its own minimum. There is no maximum — see the reserve under the “Buy” field.
I used the wrong network or coin — can I get it back?
Message us in the chat — we will check whether the transfer can be returned.
- If a refund is possible, the operator will explain the terms and timing.
Why does a card or bank payout take long?
Some banks credit payments only during banking hours.
- SEPA
- up to 24 hours
- SWIFT
- up to 5 business days
- SEPA and SWIFT usually arrive the next day.
I created an order at night — when will it be done?
It depends on the direction — working hours are in the hint on the form.
- For example, some directions process orders from 9:00 to 23:00 (UTC+3), and orders placed after 22:30 — the next day.
Message support — an operator is online 24/7.
